Kamalnath from housekeeping provided excellent service. The rooms and bathroom was neatly cleaned. 5 ⭐ for clealiness. The Ambience of Hathi Mahal is also very good. The staff here is very courteous. Overall had a pleasant stay . Looking forward to come back with my friends and family

Kamalnath and Pradeep are excellent guys towards housekeeping services. They are assets and the management should take care of them

Just checked out from Goa, Haathi Mahal resort spending 8 days stay filled with joy & full relaxation. Hospitality was superb with the staff in the restaurant and the bar very pleasant and personally attentive especially Sameer, Saurabh, Priyanka, Antonio, Sachin, Kamalnath, Suraj, Arjun and not forgetting Kundan the head chef with his team giving us delicious food and impeccable courtesy & service. Our thanks to senior managers Jessica Fernandes & her team alongside Ghanshyam as well as George Lobo. Front Desk mgr Dylan and his team including Nicholas, Karthik and Banu & others. Chkin & Chkout process was welcoming, quick providing courtesy and patience. Most important was the lovely, tasty food from the chef, Kundan with his team having a variety of choice every day cooked to a high standard to our dietary constraints. We were blessed and grateful for John Spence, Chairman & owner of Karma Group to personally take his time to spend with us at length. Very much down to earth & pleasant person. John, Thank you so much. Our heartfelt thanks to Esparanca Patricio, Managing Director of Karma Group who took time out from her busy schedule to see us too. Thank you. Haathi Mahal is indeed a unique resort for us. We are most grateful to everyone, there are lost of names and while not mentioned they all deserve full credit to make our stay so comfortable, relaxing and memorable. Thank You. Best wishes. We look forward to our next visit there.

The resort has lovely amenities and the rooms are so homey and refreshing. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Mr. Kamalnath (housekeeping staff) is very efficient in his work.
